4. Supporting Children with SEND and Diverse Backgrounds

  • We are committed to providing appropriate support for:

  • Children from diverse ethnic, cultural, or linguistic backgrounds
  • Children from different family structures or socioeconomic backgrounds

Support may include:

5. Responsibilities

The leadership team is responsible for ensuring the implementation of this policy. All staff and volunteers are responsible for creating an inclusive culture and reporting any breaches of this policy.

Training and guidance will be provided to ensure that equality and inclusion are embedded in everyday practice.

6. Monitoring and Review

This policy will be reviewed annually or sooner if required due to changes in legislation or best practice. Feedback from children, parents, and team members will be used to inform future improvements.
