1. Purpose

At Children of God Christian Coaching CIC, we understand that sometimes plans change. This policy outlines our approach to refunds and cancellations to ensure transparency, fairness, and consideration for both families and our ministry operations.

2. Booking and Payment

• Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
• A place in a workshop, course, or event is only secured once payment has been received.

3. Cancellations by You (the Participant)

We ask that you notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your booking. Our refund terms are as follows:

• More than 14 days’ notice: Full refund or credit toward a future session
• 7 to 14 days’ notice: 50% refund or credit
• Less than 7 days’ notice: No refund available unless in exceptional circumstances (see below)

Exceptional Circumstances:
If your cancellation is due to serious illness, family emergency, or other unforeseen hardship, please contact us directly. We will consider each case individually and do our best to accommodate you with understanding and compassion.

4. Cancellations by Us

If we need to cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness, venue closure, low enrolment, etc.), you will be offered:

• A full refund or
• A place on a rescheduled or future session

We will notify you as soon as possible using the contact details you provided at booking.

5. Missed Sessions

If a participant misses a session without notice, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or credit, as resources and spaces are limited and prepared in advance.

6. How Refunds Are Processed

• Refunds will be made via the original payment method
• Please allow 5–10 working days for processing
• You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued
